The grapes are sourced from Fiambalá, Catamarca, in an elevated agricultural valley, planted in pergola in 1938 and farmed organically. Notes of black cherry compote, fresh blueberry, and plum give off to nuanced expressions of violets and allspice and fine, soft tannins. Enjoy with roast pork.
