The winery’s old school approach to winemaking paired with the sedimentary-clay soils in this area of Willamette Valley give their wines a unique complexity. Tasting notes of lemon, white flowers and peaches make this wine a great pairing for broiled scallops with a ginger sauce or even a chicken salad sandwich.
